Invoices are captured digitally and posted using text recognition, payments run automatically via the bank connection, and the DATEV interface sends the figures directly to your tax advisor.

For metering and billing heating and hot water costs, we work with BRUNATA-METRONA Munich – one of Germany's established metering service providers with more than 70 years of experience. Consumption is recorded using modern radio technology and feeds into an accurate, consumption-based heating cost statement.

What this means for you as an owner: legally compliant statements under the German Heating Costs Ordinance and satisfied tenants who can keep track of their consumption throughout the year.

The legally required sampling and Legionella testing in our properties is carried out by ITW Institut für Trinkwasser. The independent laboratory specialises in Legionella, microbiology and other drinking water parameters and is accredited by DAkkS according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.

For all questions relating to drinking water hygiene, we work with Ingenieurbüro Bergmann. The family business specialises in technical hygiene and supports us with certified specialists in assessing drinking water systems, carrying out risk assessments under the German Drinking Water Ordinance and planning the necessary measures.

For all questions concerning the lifts in our properties, we work with M Lift Consulting. The manufacturer-independent specialist planning firm, with more than 30 years of experience in the lift industry, reviews all quotes from maintenance companies and lift manufacturers for us – whether for repairs, modernisation or maintenance contracts. This lets us have it independently verified whether work is technically necessary and prices are reasonable.

What this means for you as an owner: independently reviewed quotes, no unnecessary work and fair prices for maintenance and repairs.
